Confirmation (canine structure) affects both the overall beauty of a dog and his durability. How a dog is built affects how well he will perform in his purpose in life. Labradoodles come from breeds that function well for hunting, swimming, and retrieving. They also enjoy long distance shopping, traveling, camping, boating, and motorcycling (Don’t forget the goggles). So we look at the gate and movement of the dog (his reach and drive), his “Front and Rear assemblyâ€, his topline should be straight, and his overall length slightly longer than tall. We consider the whole dog from the teeth to the tail. After all this, we breed 2 excellent individuals who complement one another.
